Our fabric Enjoy the benefits of the exclusive viavesto® 4TEX® fabric: 100% mosquito-proof and with the highest sun protection factor for clothing of UPF 50+. This is achieved solely through the weave, i.e. without any chemical treatment!. Wearing properties The Coolmax Mesh® is also incorporated here as an inner lining and ensures good temperature management. This also prevents the outer material from lying flat against the skin. The reinforcement incorporated into the crown of the hat further functions as a small secret compartment for cash etc. or space for the cord. The fine metal sieve in the ventilation eyelets prevents insects from accidentally flying into the hat. A special feature of our Eanes hat is the slightly different routing of the storm cord: we have moved it to the back so that the long cords do not interfere with the chest.
